LA CASA
La casa fue construida en 2005, siguiendo las tradiciones constructivas propias del lugar, en las que predomina el adobe, la piedra y la madera.
Diseñada y concebida desde sus inicios como un lugar de encuentro, Casa Nubera pretende continuar con el legado y espíritu de sus antiguos dueños abriendo sus puertas a residentes para experimentar y aprender del entorno natural y ancestral que el valle ofrece.
THE HOUSE
The house was built in 2005, following the building traditions of the area, in which adobe, stone and wood predominate.
Designed and conceived from the beginning as a meeting place, Casa Nubera aims to continue the legacy and spirit of its former owners by opening its doors to residents to experience and learn from the natural and ancestral environment that the valley offers.
La casa tiene tres dormitorios luminosos y ventilados, con dos camas individuales cada uno, y dos baños para uso compartido. Cada dormitorio está equipado con calefacción para las épocas invernales, placard y perchero. Todas las habitaciones tienen hermosas vistas, en las que se puede ver el cerro el Pelado, el dique y el lavandal de la casa.
Un gran mesón ocupa el centro del comedor, con vistas a las Cumbres Aconquija, al dique la Angostura, el cerro Pelado y el cerro Ñuñorco. El comedor cuenta con una parrilla integrada a la casa.
The house has three light and airy bedrooms, each with two single beds, and two bathrooms for shared use. Each bedroom is equipped with heating for the winter season, wardrobe and clothes rack. All the rooms have beautiful views, where you can see the El Pelado hill, the dam and the lavandal of the house.
A large table fills the centre of the dining room, with views of the Aconquija peaks, the Angostura dam, the Pelado hill and the Ñuñorco hill. The dining room has a grill integrated to the house.
EL TALLER DE BETO
BETO'S STUDIO
El taller de Beto se encuentra en el Churqui. En el mismo funciona su taller de arte precolombino en donde trabaja metales, hierro, reciclados, plata, alpaca y piedra.
Asimismo, se realizan actividades con chicos de escuela (en época escolar) que van a pasar el día en el lugar y Beto les comparte conocimientos de astronomía, plantas medicinales, paseos por el bosque de nativas y reconocimiento de propiedades de piedras preciosas.
Recientemente comenzamos a trabajar en la construcción de un observatorio astronómico en el lugar, que permita ubicar el telescopio con el que realizamos los avistajes, contener las actividades que ya se imparten a niños y desarrollar contenido sobre el tema.
El predio en donde se encuentra el taller tiene un bosque de árboles y plantas nativas con senderos para ser recorridos, cultivos de estación, acceso al río churqui -que pasa por la propiedad- y a un INTIWANA de la comunidad (que significa "donde se ata -o amarra- el sol -inti-", y se cree que servía como calendario astronómico para definir las estaciones según la sombra que daba el sol a la base de esa piedra).
Beto's studio is located in the Churqui neighborhood. He has a pre-Columbian art studio where he works with metals, iron, recycled materials, silver, alpaca and different stones.
Beto shares his knowledge of astronomy, medicinal plants, walks in the native forest and the recognition of the properties of precious stones with school children (during the school season) who come to spend the day there.
Recently we started working on the construction of an astronomical observatory in the place, which will allow us to locate the telescope with which we carry out the sightings, and contain the activities that are already taught to children and develop content on the subject.
The property where the studio is located has a forest of native trees and plants with trails to be walked through, seasonal crops, access to the Churqui River -which flows through the property- and a community INTIWANA (which means "where the sun -inti- is tied -or tied-", and it is believed that it served as an astronomical calendar to define the seasons, according to the shadow that the sun gave to the base of that stone).

TAFÍ DEL VALLE
Tafí del Valle es una ciudad de los Valles Calchaquíes, en el noroeste de Argentina, a 107 km de la capital de la provincia de Tucumán.
El valle constituye una depresión tectónica a 2.000 msnm, enmarcada por montañas de alturas superiores a los 3.000 m. Una red de ríos y arroyos dan vida a esta región. El río Tafí ,desemboca en el dique La Angostura que deviene en humedal biodiverso contribuyendo a la belleza natural del valle, al que se llega atravesando una ruta de serpenteantes caminos de montaña y abundante vegetación. Los habitantes originarios Diaguitas lo llamaron “El pueblo de la entrada espléndida”, expresión que se comprende ampliamente cuando se vivencia el valle; por su paisaje, por su historia y por su energía. Tafí provoca una experiencia inmersiva de influencia con una naturaleza grandiosa, diversidad cultural e historia ancestral precolombina.

THE VALLEY OF TAFÍ
Tafí del Valle is a city in the Calchaquí Valleys, in northwestern Argentina, 107 km away from the capital of the province of Tucumán.
The valley is a tectonic depression, 2,000 meters above sea level, framed by mountains over 3,000 meters high. A watershed of rivers and streams give life to this region. The Tafí river flows into the La Angostura dam, which becomes a biodiverse wetland contributing to the natural beauty of the valley, to which you access by crossing winding mountain roads of abundant vegetation. The original Diaguitas inhabitants called it "The town of the splendid entrance", an expression that is widely understood when you experience the valley; for its landscape, its history and its energy. Tafí provokes an immersive experience of influence with a grandiose nature, cultural diversity and ancestral pre-Columbian history.
